Subscriptions and Billing

CDA uses Stripe for all billing. Here is what you need to know about managing your subscriptions.

CDArmy Membership Plans: - Cadet: $29.97/quarter ($9.99/month equivalent) - Enlisted: $99.96/year ($8.33/month equivalent, requires vetting) - Officer: $249.84/3 years ($6.94/month equivalent, advanced vetting)

CDA.Security Campaign Tiers: - C-BUILD: $5,000/month - C-HARDEN: $15,000/month - C-DRILL: Custom pricing - C-COMMAND: Custom pricing

CDA.Shield (Personal Security): - Shield Protect: $9.99/month (individual dashboard) - Shield Family: $29.99/month (up to 6 members)

CDA.Institute: - Individual courses: $49 to $599 depending on level - All-Access Monthly: $79/month - All-Access Annual: $749/year

Managing your subscription: 1. Go to your C3 Command Post 2. Click "Billing" in the sidebar 3. Click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe Customer Portal 4. From there you can: update payment method, change plan, view invoices, cancel

Cancellation: You can cancel any subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Certifications and XP you have earned are permanent and are never revoked.
